I’ve got another dose of workout motivation in the form of a playlist! I discovered this one a few weeks ago and have been HOOKED! Anytime music takes me back to happy times & places in my memory, I lose track of time. And sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to distract yourself from the discomfort of working out or, in my case, the heat of the summer sun during my workout 😉
